In general, applications should include a plat of the lot identifying the location of the proposed addition or change, color samples, brochures or website links showing a sample of the proposed items/materials to be installed, and other details such as size, height width, etc.
Once complete you can scan applications as a single .PDF document and email to Lisa@SpectrumPropertyMGT.com OR you may mail a copy to the address on the application.
Once a complete application has been submitted, the ARC Committee has 30 days to review it. After the committee has reviewed your application, you will receive notification from the Property Manager as to the approved or denied status. If your application is denied, please see the ARC Guidelines for the denial appeals process.

If you are considering altering, improving, or having major modifications done to your home or lot, you will need to go through the Architecture Review (ARC) Guidelines and Application process. All exterior changes must be approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to the commencement of any project. Examples of projects that need approval are (but are not limited to): new siding, changes of exterior paint colors, driveway expansions, installing a shed or fence, decks, garage door replacements, window replacements, new front steps.
