If you are considering altering, improving, or having major modifications done to your home or lot, you will need to go through the Architecture Review (ARC) Guidelines and Application process. All exterior changes must be approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to the commencement of any project. Examples of items that need approval are (but not limited to): new siding, changes of exterior paint colors, driveway expansions, installing and shed or fence, major landscaping changes, etc.
Please select the below button, for the full KCC ARC Guidelines and information required to accompany the ARC application.
If you are unsure of whether or not you need approval, please contact us. It’s always best to check and be sure rather than have to undo or change something you’ve already completed.
After reviewing ARC Guidelines or gaining clarity if your project needs approval, please press the button below to complete the ARC Application.
In general, applications should include: a plat of the lot identifying the location of the proposed addition or change, color samples, brochures or website links showing a sample of the proposed items/materials to be installed, and other details such as size, height width etc.
Once complete you can scan applications as a single .PDF document and email to Lisa@SpectrumPropertyMGT.com OR you may mail a copy to the address on the application.
Once a complete application has been submitted, the ARC Committee has 30 days to review. After the committee has reviewed your application, you will receive notification from the Property Manager as to the approved or denied status. If your application is denied, please see the ARC Guidelines for the denial appeals process.
